The construction phase is complex and requires continued collaboration, coordination and experience. With 27 years' experience in the design and construction industry, i4a offer consulting on projects during the construction phase for building Owners, Developers, Contractors and Consultants. Cory Stechyshyn has been full-time Construction Contract Administrator on large scale and complex projects throughout his career on projects ranging in duration from 1 to 4 years construction.

Services can include field review, reporting, chairing and recording of construction meetings, field photography, shop drawing review, coordination of construction details, Certificates for Payment, processing of supplemental instruction and changes, coordinating Contractors Requests for Information, coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction, Testing Agencies and Government authorities, deficiency review, close-out procedure coordination and warranty processing.
