OAA Certificate of Practice Holder

 

Only an Architect who is licensed in Ontario and is a holder of a Certificate of Practice in Ontario is permitted to offer and/or provide to a member of the public a service that is part of the practice of architecture.

Cory has an education based in architecture and technology, with a broad range of project experience and extensive on-site project management and construction contract administration of large complex project types. His work ethic and experience has developed expertise in a diverse number of project types. Cory continuously seeks to broaden his knowledge and sharpen his skills as an architect and brings this knowledge and expertise to all his projects, including a broad reange of experience with; 

 

Some current and recently completed projects as Project Architect and Partner with his previous firm include a Cyclotron and Radiopharmacy, Medical and Family Health Clinics, MRI and CT-Scan Suites, Angioplasty Suite, Small Animal Vivarium, Medical Research Labs, Technical and Commercial Offices, Elementary School Kindergartens, Mine Dry Facility, Patient Recovery Rooms, Auto Dealerships and Design-Build project delivery models.

 

Cory is a LEED accredited professional and a standing member of the City of Thunder Bay Clean-Green-Beautiful Committee from which two of his projects completed as Project Architect with his previous firm have received Gold Level awards. Cory is also a member of the Ontario Association of Architects Construction Contract Administration Committee and Chair of the Northwestern Ontario Society of Architects.

Stephanie has an education in architectural technology, with practical experience in design presentation, builidng concept modelling and detailed construction documents.

 

Stephanie has experience in healthcare, educational, commercial and residential projects and is adverse with building information modelling and construction document preparation. Stephanie is an associate member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).
